Training Teams in Design Thinking
It is inarguable that innovation has become a must-have capability for organizations to remain sustainable. But the techniques, methods, and dispositions required for people to become successfully innovative are not part of most people’s skillsets.
Design Thinking training provides the frameworks, philosophies, and techniques required for teams to become innovation practitioners. By leveraging off our natural inclinations to ask questions and desires to improve our own situations, we can equip teams to think and act like designers. This allows them to solve the trickiest questions by framing the problem well, discovering meaningful insights, ideating new concepts, and developing and prototyping ideas into reality.
